  1. Power Cycle:
    • Shut down the laptop. 
       
    • Disconnect the power adapter and any peripherals. 
       
    • If possible, remove the battery. 
       
    • Press and hold the power button for 30-40 seconds. 
       
    • Reconnect everything and try booting again.
